Your team helped convert the single-family home rental from oil to gas heat. Your team did so in record time, with an amazing attention to detail. From the bid process with Jerry, to the installation from Randy and Marc, to the billing and co-inspection with NW Natural, it all went well.

Thank you for making the gas changeover so effortless. I will definitely refer other property owners in your direction and I plan to use you again soon on a new single-family home we will purchase this month.

I want to take a minute to tell you what an absolutely outstanding job your company performed while moving my furnace last week. I have had occasion to work with a wide variety of contractors in the past and the quality of work performed by Kevin and Nick was absolutely world class, In particular, Jennifer and I were impressed with the dedication to doing the job correctly. Our project posed a number of challenges and Kevin and Nick repeatedly went the extra mile to make it right.

As this job was progressing, I asked Kevin if the level of quality was typical in the industry (knowing full well that it was not). Kevin told me Heat Relief allows the techs the time to do the job correctly, and that this is the difference.

Dear Mr. DeFrancisco,
I have wanted to take the time to write a short letter to thank you for the fine service and sales of your company. I had three other companies come to my home to give me a bid on a new Heat Pump. Each one of them was pushy and actually had older units they were attempting to unload.

Their sales tactics were "Hollywood" in nature meaning I felt high pressure, and they each used different angles. The nearest bid to yours was $200 less. I thought about going with that bid but decidede that it was best to go with your product. It was due in part to your salesman Fred Dyer. He was very helpful and explained thoroughly your product and what you have to offer in a non-threatening manner. This made my decision much easier. Your installer, Roger was very thorough nd complete. I was especially pleased that he was scheduled to come out and make some minor corrections to complete the job. My new Heat Pump is functioning properly and doing well. I am further pleased that I can actually set the thermostat at a full 3-4 degrees higher and it cools the house down very well. The proof will be in about a month when I receive my electric bill but I believe it will be a good one. I also wanted to thank Tom Sorensen, the guy who came out to check on the installation. You all have done a fine job! When it comes time to repair or service my system I will call you first.
